Work Experience:
Denise has held a variety of positions from president of a small privately owned computer company for 5 years to leadership roles with General Electric Co. for 11 years. Her last role with GE was VP of Marketing and Business Development for GE Transportation and Logistics.

When her children turned 2 years old, she sought a change in career that would allow her to spend more time with her children. A year of private business consulting still proved too demanding a schedule so she began to phase business out and fitness in.

Denise began teaching fitness classes in the spring of 2000 and quickly realized she had found something fun, flexible, and fulfilling. After certifications in Personal Training, she began training individual clients in the fall of 2000.
