Tammy Hutchens
Tammy has been a certified trainer with AFAA for 10 years. She began her career in Wilmington, N. C. There she trained mostly young athletes. However, what she found to be the most rewarding was group training with geriatrics.
Tammy has been training at the Dowd Y for 8 years and enjoys working with people of all fitness levels. Currently, Tammy is training athletes, housewives/moms and women in their 60s and 70s. She uses machines and free weights along with the BOSU and stability ball to help focus on balance and coordination.
Tammy is married and has a 4 year old son.
